Bobie Lassiter

Bobie Lassiter currently serves as Sr. Accounts Resource Manager at AIS Healthcare since February 2023. Previously, Bobie held the position of Intake Manager for Spokane, Kennewick, Boise, and Salt Lake City at Option Care from October 2018 to July 2022, where responsibilities included managing a team in patient registration, documentation, and care coordination across multiple locations. Bobie has also managed Tier 1 Support at Imprezzio Inc. from July 2016 to May 2018, supervised operational teams at Premera Blue Cross from October 2013 to March 2016, and trained licensed agents at Aetna from October 2011 to October 2013. From October 2003 to October 2011, Bobie owned and operated an Allstate agency, focusing on agent training and exceptional customer service. Educational qualifications include licenses in Life, Health, Property & Casualty from the Insurance School of the NW, training in cosmetology from Fagan's School of Hair Design, and attendance at Skyline Community College.
