Bill Whalen

Bill Whalen has extensive experience in the construction industry, including a current role as a Retired Director of Construction at Brad Cole Construction Company since July 2019. Previously, Bill served as Vice President of Construction at Amec Foster Wheeler from December 2014 to September 2018. Bill's notable tenure at CH2M HILL spanned nearly three decades, where various positions included Global Managing Director, Senior Vice President of the Power Group, and Project Engineer, among others. Bill began their career as a Surveyor/Party Chief/Field Inspector at the Tennessee Valley Authority from August 1978 to April 1982. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Alabama, completed between 1982 and 1985, and attended Bristol Community College from 1976 to 1978.
