Pallavi Chawla has worked in the Human Resources field since 2009. In 2009, they began their career as a Junior Assistant Human Resources Trainee at Akums Drugs & Pharmaceutical Pvt Ltd. In 2010, they worked as a Consultant for Human Resources at Unison International Consulting Pvt. Ltd. and as Managing Director and Director (Recruitment) at Alliance Recruitment Agency. In 2011, they became the Director of Talent Acquisition (Global) at AIS Technolabs Pvt Ltd. In this role, they were responsible for analyzing and communicating recruitment trends, results, and insights, as well as developing innovative sourcing strategies and procedures.

Pallavi Chawla completed their schooling from St.Mary's.S.S.School in Commerce. Pallavi then pursued their BBA from Institute of Management Studies,Ghaziabad in Management from 2005 to 2008. After that, they completed their MBA in International Business from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd in 2009.
