As Director of the Project Management Office (PMO), Tacy serves as a catalyst for the mission and goals of the Client Services organization. Tacy establishes the project management processes and procedures that provide AIS employees and customers with consistent experiences and metrics to monitor and measure delivery excellence. At AIS, her client-facing roles have included Change Manager, Project Manager, Program Manager, and Solutions Architect. To this work, Tacy brings over 15 years of management and leadership experience, including serving as a director in several services organizations before joining AIS. Before moving into roles where her portfolio expanded to focus on organizational effectiveness, stakeholder engagement, service design and innovation, and governance across the enterprise, she started her career in STEM education. Tacy has earned a Ph.D. in organizational psychology and an MPA with a capstone in IT change management and certifications, including PROSCI-Certified Change Practitioner, Project Management Professional, Certified Scrum Master, and Certified Scrum Product Owner.
