M. Rachel Shalloway

M. Rachel Shalloway is a Mechanical Design Engineer at AISIN North Carolina Corporation since August 2023, bringing extensive experience from DENSO where roles included Senior Industrial Engineer and Senior Process Engineer from July 2019 to August 2023. M. Rachel Shalloway developed training programs, led significant automation projects, and optimized manufacturing processes, achieving substantial cost reductions and efficiency improvements. Previous experience includes internships at Tesla and Zimmer Biomet, as well as leadership positions in NCSU's SolarPack team, strengthening skills in design, manufacturing, and project management.
