Ashwini Naik

Ashwini Naik began their career in 2008 with Deshpande Foundation as a Leader and Campus Ambassador. In 2012, they moved to Shriram Bioseed Genetics India as a Research Associate. In 2015, they joined Aissel Technologies as a Lead, Research Staff, later becoming a Senior Analyst - Quality Assurance and an Analyst - Business Research.

Ashwini Naik completed their High School education at Jaycee High School from 1994 to 2004. Ashwini then went on to pursue a Pre University College degree in PCMB at KLE's Jagadguru Tontadarya College, Gadag from 2004 to 2006. Following this, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Biotechnology from B V B College of Engg. & Technology, HUBLI from 2006 to 2010. In 2011 and 2012, they obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Industrial Biotechnology Training with a focus on Plant Tissue Culture and Micropropagation from M. M. Arts and Science College, Sirsi.
