Kreigston Wylde has held various positions in the customer service industry since 2005. Kreigston began their career as a Process Trainer at KR Computers in 2005. In 2008, they moved to Kingfisher Airlines where they worked as a Guest Service Agent & Aircraft Dispatcher. In 2010, they returned to the role of Process Trainer at [24]7. In 2014, they became a Process Trainer at AIMS BPO SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED. In 2016, they transitioned to Team Lead, Training at STARTEK. In 2020, they were promoted to Assistant Manager, Training & Transition at BLH Hitech Private Limited. Most recently, in 2021, they were appointed Manager, Customer Success at Aissel Technologies.
Kreigston Wylde obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Human Resource Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow in 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing/HR from KLES College of Business Administration in 2007.
