Barbara Appolonus has extensive experience in quality management within the food industry. Currently serving as Responsable qualité fournisseurs at AIT Ingredients since July 2022, Barbara previously worked as Assistante qualité clients at the same company. Prior roles include Assistante qualité at La Chocolaterie Royale Normande, where Barbara contributed to the evolution of quality management systems towards ISO 22000 certification, and assisting in quality transport and mission quality at Groupe Cercle Vert. Barbara's foundational experience began at Groupe Plane Franchise Carrefour Market, where employment included roles as a founding member of the Drive and cashier duties. Educationally, Barbara holds a Master's in Nutrition and Food Sciences with a focus on quality and health innovation from Université de Caen Normandie, along with qualifications such as an internal auditor certification in agro-food and a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry and Cellular Biology.
