Bernard Pablo

Bernard Pablo is an experienced professional with a strong background in military operations and software testing, currently serving as a Senior Test Manager at AIT Synergy since March 2025, focusing on secure software deployment for government clients and enhancing interoperability for uncrewed systems. Prior roles include Tech Lead for Testing & Evaluation at Belcan, where support was provided to the SOF AT&L PEO-SDA, and a range of leadership positions at organizations such as BlueWater Federal Solutions and U.S. Special Operations Command Central, developing expertise in strategic planning, decision-making, and training. Bernard holds a Master of Science in Strategic Leadership from the University of Charleston, along with a Bachelor of Arts in General Studies with a minor in Psychology from Columbia College, and has completed specialized training at the U.S. Naval War College and Joint Special Operations University.
