Kate Ivankina

Kate Ivankina has extensive experience in Human Resources, beginning in 2009 as a Coach at the School of Trainings (National Research University Higher School of Economics). In 2012, they began working as a Senior IT Recruitment Specialist at DigitallHR. In 2014, they moved to Moscow Domodedovo Airport (DME) as a Senior HR Specialist (Adaptation and Development). In 2016, they became the Head of Human Resources at Сделано and in 2017, they took on the same role at Aitarget. Most recently, in 2022, they became the Head of HR at AdHand. In each of these roles, Kate has been responsible for providing strategic HR business partnership, creating and implementing HR procedures, driving employee engagement, and managing the employee life cycle.

Kate Ivankina attended the Higher School of Economics from 2009 to 2015, where they earned a Master's degree in Psychology in Business and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
