Paul Dudley-Smith

Paul Dudley-Smith is a Chartered Building Surveyor and Registered Valuer with extensive experience in the field. Currently at Aitchison Raffety since September 1987, Paul leads a team of Building Surveyors and specializes in dilapidation claims, building surveys, and Red Book Valuations. Prior to this role, Paul served as a surveyor at the London Borough of Haringey from 1981 to 1987. Paul holds a BSc (Hons) in Building Construction from the Polytechnic of Central London, obtained between 1981 and 1985, and attended Dame Alice Owens from 1973 to 1981.
