Kaitlyn Labbe is Aite-Novarica’s Senior Manager, Revenue Marketing. She has over 17 years’ experience in the client services industry. For the last 10 years, she has been employed at Interaction Associates, the United States’ premiere provider of leadership development skills for some of the world’s largest organizations and most successful Fortune 500 companies. She completed her tenure there as the Manager of Business Development and Marketing, a role she created based on gaps she identified in the organization. She is an expert in the areas of inquiry and advocacy techniques, feedback conversations, and meeting facilitation.
