Megan Heuer serves as Chief Market Officer for Aite-Novarica Group. In her role, she is focused on positioning the company and its customers for greater impact. She is a business-to-business (B2B) go-to-market (GTM) leader and expert with more than 20 years in industry and professional services roles. Megan knows firsthand how new ideas and technologies along with well-managed change can improve business results.

Most recently, Megan was VP, Strategic Initiatives at Winning by Design, the top customer-rated GTM consultancy. She helped companies define growth strategies for exceptional customer impact and profitable recurring revenue business models. She also helped to define product architecture and new service offerings.

Before Winning by Design, Megan was head of Marketing at Engagio (acquired by Demandbase), the leading account-based GTM platform. Prior to that, she led the Research and Advisory organization at B2B analyst firm SiriusDecisions (acquired by Forrester), where she was responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience and double-digit growth from the company’s largest product line. Megan helped SiriusDecisions grow to be the leading B2B GTM advisory firm through founding their account-based marketing practice, leading their marketing operations practice, and ultimately leading the analyst and editorial team to deliver insights relied upon by leading B2B brands.

Megan held consulting roles at Gartner, Satmetrix, and The Peppers and Rogers Group, as well as marketing practitioner roles in the technology, business services, and industrial supply and manufacturing industries.

Megan’s industry awards and recognition include Top 25 Customer Marketing and Advocacy Influencer, Top Three Thought Leader, and 35 Most Influential Women Leading B2B Technology. She is a frequent speaker and has been quoted in publications including DemandGen Report, CustomerThink, Ad Age, ClickZ, DMNews, MarTech Series, and Business 2 Community.

Megan holds a B.A. in English from the University of Connecticut and an MBA from Cornell University.
