Antje Vogel

Antje Vogel has worked in a variety of roles since 2004. Antje began their career as a Systems Engineer / Project Manager at Telematica e.K. in 2004. In 2006, they became a Research Staff Member at Friedrich-Schiller-University, Institute of geography, Chair of geoinformatics, geohydrology and mod. In 2012, they moved to TeleOrbit GmbH as a Systems engineer. In 2015, they began working at the European Space Agency - ESA as a Feasibility Studies and Projects Manager for Downstream Business Applications. Most recently, in 2021, they joined TeleRetail GmbH as a Senior Project Manager.

Antje Vogel obtained their Dipl.-Ing. (equiv. MSc) in Geodesy from the Technical University of Dresden, Germany between 1997 and 2002. Prior to that, they attended the Werner-Heisenberg Gymnasium (Secondary school) from 1992 to 1997 and obtained their Abitur (A levels). Additionally, they have obtained certifications from the University of Oxford, Department for Continuing Education in Satellite Communications and Navigation: Technologies, Markets and Applications in July 2019, as well as the ESA-SMEs Quality Assurance Course for Space Projects (2003) from ESA/ESTEC.
