Symbat Issabayeva

Symbat Issabayeva is an experienced academic and public administration professional currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Astana IT University since September 2023. Prior to this role, Symbat held the position of Head of the Digitalization Department at the Committee for Sanitary and Epidemiological Control from April 2021 to September 2023 and was an Associate Professor at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan from September 2015 to July 2022. Additional roles include Chief Expert at the Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies under the Prosecutor General's Office and expert positions in various governmental ministries. Symbat holds a PhD in Public Administration, an MSc in Information Systems and Technology, and has a solid academic background with multiple degrees and certifications from institutions including City University London and Zhetysu State University.
