Derrick Brazley has a robust background in admissions and customer retention, with extensive experience in the educational and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as a National Admissions Consultant and previously as a Senior Admissions Advisor at AIU Online since January 2005, Derrick has honed expertise in guiding prospective students. Prior roles at Comcast Cable included positions as a Retention Specialist and a Telemarketing Supervisor, demonstrating a strong foundation in customer service and team leadership. Beginning their career at Centel Videopath as Operations Manager, Derrick also holds multiple degrees in Radio and Television from reputable institutions, including Columbia College Chicago and Southern Illinois University, as well as early education from the University of Illinois Chicago.
