Alexander Olekhnovich has a wealth of experience in the software engineering field. Alexander began their career in 2006 as a Software Developer at Itransition, where they eventually rose to the position of Team Lead/Senior Software Developer. In 2012, they co-founded Arendorium Ltd, where they were the Tech Lead and Product 1. In 2013, they moved to Sport.com as a Senior Software Developer. From 2016 to 2019, they were the Co-Founder of HeyChefMe. In 2019, they joined Vimcar as a Tech Lead Platform & Infrastructure. In 2020, they joined Aiven as a Staff Software Engineer and was later promoted to Senior Software Engineer.
Alexander Olekhnovich attended Belarusian State University from 2009 to 2011 and Polacki Dzjaržauny Universitet from 2003 to 2009, where they obtained an Engineer's Degree in Systems Engineering. Alexander also holds two Coursera Verified Certificates: "What’s Your Big Idea?" obtained in November 2014 and "Developing Innovative Ideas for New Companies: The First Step in Entrepreneurship" obtained in January 2014.
