Chase Cresgy has held a variety of roles in the technology field since 2015. In 2015, they were a System Support Intern at Bowen Engineering Corporation. In 2017, they held a Cybersecurity Intern position at the Missile Defense Agency and a Cybersecurity Analyst, Mid position at Booz Allen Hamilton. In 2018, they were a Senior Healthcare Cybersecurity Consultant at Crowe and a Security Engineer at iLAB. In 2019, they were an IT Security Consultant & SOC Detection Engineer and a Senior Security Analyst & SOC Detection Engineer at CNO Financial Group. In 2021, they are a Sr. Security Engineer, Identity & Access Management and a Security Operations Engineer at Aiven. In 2022, they will be an Adjunct Professor at Vincennes University.

Chase Cresgy obtained a Bachelor of Computer and Information Technology from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis in 2018. Chase also holds certifications from Okta, Splunk, CompTIA, Kroll, and Trend Micro. These certifications include an Okta Certified Administrator and Okta Certified Professional (obtained in November 2022), a Splunk Core Certified Power User (obtained in October 2019), a CySA+ (Cybersecurity Analyst) and Security+ (both obtained in November 2017), a KAPE Certified - (Kroll Artifact Parser and Extractor) (obtained in July 2020), and an Apex One Certified Professional (obtained in June 2019).
