Francis Baird III

Francis Baird III has over seven years of experience in the legal field. In 2021, they began working at Aiven as Lead Counsel, Commercial Legal and Senior Legal Counsel. From 2018 to 2021, they worked at LeanIX as Senior Legal Counsel and Legal Counsel. In this role, they served as the lead attorney in the Americas and independently evaluated, managed and addressed an extensive range of legal issues. From 2014 to 2018, they worked at TomTom, Inc. as Lead Counsel, Americas. In this role, they drove complex legal and business transactions and worked with cross-functional teams to support and influence policy matters, key business activities and decisions.

Francis Baird III attended Suffolk University Law School, where they obtained their Juris Doctor in Intellectual Property. Prior to that, they attended Bentley University, where they earned their Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems. Additionally, they hold a certification from the Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers for the Massachusetts Bar.
