Gareth Clark

Gareth Clark has worked in a variety of roles in the finance and accounting sector since 2006. Gareth began their career as an Accounts Assistant at Travelodge Hotels Limited in 2006 and then moved on to Deal Group Media as an Assistant Management Accountant in 2007. In 2010, they joined Hugo Boss as a Management Accountant, where they were responsible for financial reporting to group headquarters, management accounting, and other tasks. From 2011 to 2014, they worked at Fiskars Group as an Assistant Controller, managing all aspects of controlling processes. In 2014, they joined Microsoft as a Senior Finance Manager, providing data-driven insights to understand the partner ecosystem and support simplifying and optimizing partner engagement. Gareth then moved to Smartly.io in 2022 as a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager and is currently a Financial Planning and Analyst (FP&A) Manager at Aiven since 2023.

Gareth Clark completed a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of the West of England from 2002 to 2006. Additionally, they completed a Finnish Language for Beginners course from the University of Helsinki. Gareth also holds certifications from CIMA as a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) and a Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (ACMA).
