Stephanie Sawaf

Program Manager at aiXplain

Stephanie Sawaf has over a decade of experience in program management. In 2020, they joined aiXplain, inc. as a Program Manager, where they played a role in the launch of the AI startup from inception to achieving its first milestone of $1M ARR, 250 customers, and 35 global employees. Stephanie partnered with the product team to translate product content to marketing materials and created product messages to accurately communicate product value to the market. In 2019, Stephanie worked at AppTek as a Customer Support, where they partnered with the team to elicit requirements for streamlining demo and sales process for closed captioning appliances. Stephanie also executed all aspects of administrative management within a fast-paced environment and maintained accountability for onboarding orientation with Sales Vice President to its customers. Stephanie began their career in 2010 at Booz Allen Hamilton as a Program Manager, Associate III, where they spearheaded the Booz Allen Hamilton Systems Engineering Development Internship Program while building a candidate pipeline through the University Recruiting team and managing the hiring process end-to-end. Stephanie also participated in administering a program budget of $30M and performed recruiting and onboarding functions.

Stephanie Sawaf is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems and Sciences from Strayer University-Washington DC.
