Kosuke Hayashi has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering. Kosuke started their career in 2009 as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Canon Machinery, where they designed machines for manufacturing batteries. Kosuke worked there until 2015, gaining experience in AutoCAD design and legal checks for exporting.
In 2015, Hayashi joined Philips Electronics Japan as a Service Field Engineer, providing technical support and troubleshooting services. Kosuke worked there for 10 months before moving on to Rohm Wako. At Rohm Wako, Hayashi initially worked as a Production Technician, responsible for molding procedures in the manufacturing sensor factory. Kosuke later transitioned to the role of Mechanical Engineer, where they developed industrial systems and managed the molding procedure.
In 2017, Hayashi joined Lectra as a Field Engineer, focusing on field installations and providing technical support. Kosuke worked there until 2020 before joining ASM as a Field Services Engineer. At ASM, Hayashi was involved in field services, offering technical expertise and support.
Most recently, in 2023, they joined AIXTRON SE as a Field Services Engineer, where they continue to apply their skills and knowledge in providing field services.
Kosuke Hayashi completed their bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering at Ritsumeikan University from 2005 to 2009. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a middle-class driver's license for automatic cars from Chiba Prefecture Public Safety Commission in March 2005. Furthermore, they achieved a Level 3 HSK (Hanyu Shuiping Kaoshi) certification for Mandarin Chinese from the Ministry of Education and the State Language Commission in October 2020. Additionally, they received a TOEIC Reading & Listening score of 700 from ETS in October 2020. Finally, they earned a Certificate of Completion for Telephone Customer Service from LinkedIn in March 2023.
