Martin Dauelsberg

Manager Simulation, Metrology & Controls at Aixtron

Martin Dauelsberg began their work experience in 1995 as a Research Assistant and Doctoral Student at the Department of Fluid Dynamics at Friedrich-Alexander University of Erlangen-Nuremberg. Martin held this role from May 1995 until December 1998.

In 1999, Martin joined AIXTRON SE as a Specialist in Semiconductor Process Simulation and Design. Martin worked in this role from January 1999 until February 2001.

Martin then transitioned to become the Manager of Equipment and Process Modeling at AIXTRON SE in March 2001. Martin held this position for over 12 years, until September 2013.

Afterward, Martin took on the role of Manager of Simulation, Metrology & Controls at AIXTRON SE in October 2013. Martin has been working in this position for an unspecified period of time.

Martin Dauelsberg has a diverse education history. Martin began their academic journey in 1989 at FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg, where they obtained a Diploma in Physics in 1995. Following this, they pursued an Erasmus Scholarship at the University of York in 1991, specializing in Physics. Later, from 1995 to 1999, they attended FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg once again to earn a Ph.D. in the Department of Fluid Dynamics. In 2006, Martin enrolled at FernUniversität in Hagen and focused on Economics and Business Administration, earning a Betriebswirt (IWW) degree in 2007. Finally, from 2015 to 2016, they enrolled at the Institute of Distance Learning - Berlin University of Applied Sciences and Technology, undertaking a course in Patent Law for Engineers and Scientists.
