Claire Crisford

Claire Crisford's work experience includes serving as the Head of Customer Marketing at AJ Bell since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked at NewDay as the Partnership Marketing Lead for Existing Customers from February 2019 to October 2022. Claire also held the position of Head of Marketing at Equiniti from July 2017 to July 2018. Before that, Claire worked at Sky in various roles, including Marketing Controller for Customer Value Management, Segmentation, Propositions, and Product Launches, CRM Lifecycle Management, and Brand & Acquisition Strategy. From 2009 to 2010, they were the Head of Marketing for Customer Value and Retention at Direct Line Group. Earlier in their career, Claire worked at Russell Investments as a Senior Marketing Manager for Customer Value Management, at BT Financial Group as a Senior Marketing Manager for Customer Value and Retention, at Singtel Optus as a Senior Marketing Executive for Retention/Customer Lifecycle Management, and at HSBC as a Public Affairs Assistant.

Claire Crisford attended the Australian Catholic University from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business, majoring in Marketing and Human Resources.
