Daniel Koop

Daniel Koop has extensive work experience in the finance and real estate industry. Daniel currently holds the position of Director, Portfolio Management at AJ Capital Partners. Prior to this, they worked at Green Courte Partners, LLC as a Vice President, Acquisitions and a Senior Associate, Acquisitions. Daniel also pursued an MBA at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Earlier in their career, Daniel worked at Ventas, Inc. as a Senior Financial Analyst, where they managed a large real estate portfolio and implemented strategies for growth and optimization. Daniel began their career at Allstate, where they gained exposure to various finance roles through a rotational program for high-potential analysts.

Daniel Koop completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Finance and Real Estate at Northwestern University from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Finance from the University of Notre Dame, where they studied from 2009 to 2013.
