Darrell Slomiany

Darrell Slomiany has extensive work experience in the development and construction industry. Darrell is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Development and Construction at AJ Capital Partners since January 2020. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President of Development and Construction at AJ Capital Partners from January 2020 to March 2022.

Before joining AJ Capital Partners, Darrell worked as the Director of Development at BLVD Hospitality from January 2016 to January 2020. Darrell also served as the Head of Development for Graduate Hotels at AJ Capital Partners from February 2014 to January 2016.

Earlier in their career, Darrell worked as an Architect and Owner's Representative at Slomiany Architecture LLC from January 2012 to February 2014. Darrell also worked as a Senior Architect at Milhouse Engineering & Construction, Inc. from July 2009 to January 2012.

Darrell has a strong background in design and construction, having served as the Vice President of Design and Construction at Greenfield Partners from January 2007 to July 2009. Darrell also founded and served as the President of Slomiany Architecture from April 2002 to December 2006.

Darrell Slomiany completed their Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign between 1990 and 1994. Following this, they pursued further education and obtained a Masters Degree in Architecture from the University of Illinois Chicago, which they completed between 1994 and 1996.
