Rachel McIvor

Rachel McIvor is a Senior Associate at AJ Park, where Rachel has been employed since October 2020, previously serving as an Associate. Prior to this role, Rachel worked at Baldwins Intellectual Property from August 2018 to October 2020 as a Patent Executive, and at the Intellectual Property Office of New Zealand (IPONZ) as a Patent Examiner from January 2015 to August 2018. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Biomedical Science and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Otago, completed in 2014, and also attended The College of Law Australia in 2016. Rachel's foundational education was completed at Waikato Diocesan from 2003 to 2009.
