Currently serving as Special Counsel at AJ Park since September 2022, Sarah has previously held roles as Senior Associate at MinterEllisonRuddWatts and AJ Park, as well as Special Counsel at James & Wells IP. Sarah's expertise encompasses managing trade mark portfolios, advising on trade mark availability, and handling negotiations for trade mark disputes. With a strong educational background, including a Master of Laws from The University of Auckland, Sarah has provided strategic IP advice to a diverse clientele, including major companies across various sectors.
