Kikki Grimstad is an experienced HR professional and psychologist currently serving as HR Business Partner & Development Lead at AJ Vaccines since May 2023, with an additional role as a TA Partner. Simultaneously, Kikki has been practicing as a psychologist at Just Wonder since March 2022 and previously held a psychologist position at CAS Roskilde from January 2021 to April 2023. Kikki has also contributed as a board member at Enactlab and served as vice-chair and psychologist at The Public Sociology and Psychology Consortium. Earlier roles included working as a psychologist at Job- og afklaringsviften and as a volunteer advisor at Livslinien. Educational qualifications include a master's degree in psychology from the University of Copenhagen, along with training in suicide prevention.
