Lone Peijs

Lone Peijs is a Senior QC Professional at AJ Vaccines since April 2024, with a robust academic and professional background in biotechnology and research. Previous roles include serving as a Postdoctoral Researcher and PhD Student at Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen from August 2016 to November 2023, along with a Visiting PhD Student position at the Garvan Institute of Medical Research in late 2018. Lone also led a group at the Centre for Physical Activity Research from 2012 to 2016 and held a Visiting Associate position at Baker IDI Heart and Diabetes Institute during early 2015. Earlier experience includes working as a Research Assistant at Rigshospitalet from 2008 to 2012. Lone holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Human brown adipokines achieved at Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen from 2016 to 2019, as well as a Master of Science in Biotechnology from the same institution, completed in 2008.
