Nihal Caglar is an experienced legal professional specializing in HR law, currently serving as Head of HR Legal and HR Legal Counsel at AJ Vaccines since September 2022. Prior roles include Juridisk konsulent at PFA, and at Lederne, as well as HR jurist at Forsvarsministeriet. Nihal has also provided legal advice at various organizations, including CfL Center for Ledelse and PROSA. Educational qualifications include a Master of Law from the University of Copenhagen and a Master's degree in European Law from KU Leuven. Nihal has actively engaged in teaching HR law to leaders and legal professionals and has extensive experience in responding to legal inquiries within the HR domain.
