Olha Halaiko

Olha Halaiko is an experienced SAP Analyst at Ajax Systems since September 2025, with a strong background in project management and human resources. Prior to this role, Olha was a Project Manager at Nestlé, leading the IT PM for the Learning Experience Platform launch and managing procurement and licenses for LinkedIn Learning and Synthesia from April 2024 to September 2025. Additional experience includes positions as HR Process Manager at PIN-UP GLOBAL, HR CoE Process Analyst, and HR Enablement Specialist at Ciklum, as well as roles at Nestlé spanning various HR functions. Olha began a career in the service industry as a Service Manager at Edem Resort Medical & SPA. Education was completed at Ivan Franko National University of Lviv with a Master's degree in Language Interpretation and Translation from 2008 to 2013.
