Position Overview:

The Documentation Intern will execute and manager the preparation, distribution and maintenance of all documents within Cuba region. This position will respond to customer inquiries, verify and distribute invoices, prepare and distribute documents, record and trace all pertinent documents for upcoming shipments. 

Scope of Internship:

Including but not limited to:

• Assist in preparing and organizing required documents and ensure timely submission.

• Support the processing and verification of proof of export.

• Help with customer follow-up activities, developing communication skills while addressing basic inquiries.

• Learn the process of requesting credit approval for sending original documents and assist where necessary.

• Provide support in gathering and organizing data for claims processing

• Assist in updating tracking information in the system, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

Education & Language Requirements:

• In process of completing bachelor’s degree in international business or supply chain management
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English and Spanish
