Stephanie Freer

Stephanie Freer is a seasoned professional in process improvement and operations management, currently serving as the Process Improvement Director at AJE since July 2022. Prior to this role, Stephanie held various positions at Research Square from October 2014 to July 2022, including Principal Process Manager and Operations Manager. Earlier experience includes ten years at Duke University as a TIP Instructor and multiple roles at American Journal Experts, where operations management and editing were key responsibilities. Stephanie's academic background includes a PhD in Genetics and Molecular Biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, a Fulbright Scholarship in Genetik und Neurobiologie from the University of Wuerzburg, and dual degrees in Biology and German from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
