Syed Azharudin

Syed Azharudin has extensive experience in learning and development, with a focus on leadership development, talent development, and organizational development. Syed has held various roles, including Director of Learning & Organizational Development at AJEX, Learning and Development Lead at Middle East Maritime Repair, and Country Learning & Development Manager at Bateel International. Syed has also worked as a Training Manager at Landmark Group and a Business Consultant at Hoopla Solutions. In addition, Azharudin has experience in training management and project management as the Director of L&D Operations at Emyou Online & Soft Services Pvt ltd. Syed began their career as a Skills Trainer at E-Focus Online & Soft Services Pvt Ltd.

Syed Azharudin, CPTD®, completed their B.Tech degree in Information Technology from Anna University, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. Syed also attended S.B.O.A Mat Higher Sec School, focusing on Computer Science. In addition to their formal education, Syed Azharudin has obtained various certifications throughout the years. These include certifications such as Certified OD intervention professional (CODIP) and Certified organizational development Analyst (CODA) from Middle Earth HR, Strategy People Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and Executive Development - Talent management from XLRI - VIL Programs. Syed also holds certifications from Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching as a Certified Executive Coach, Certified Team Coach, and Global Leadership Assessor. Furthermore, they are a Certified Professional in Talent Development by ATD CI - The ATD Certification Institute and a Certified Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) accredited by the International Hypnosis Association and American Board of NLP (ABNLP).
