Kaia Boyd

Mrs. Boyd has over 15 years of leadership experience half of which have been within human resources. At Ajinomoto Bio-Pharma Services, Mrs. Boyd is responsible for developing and implementing people focused strategies and programs to support employee engagement and business objectives.

Mrs. Boyd started in her current position in 2021, after joining the company in 2016 as the Manager of Human Resources. Through her varied experience, she has managed all aspects of HR including organizational development, compensation, benefits, employment branding, performance management, learning & development, employee relations and HR compliance.

Mrs. Boyd attended the University of Arizona and has a degree in Retail and Consumer Science with a minor in Business Management.
