Kristina Utne

Kristina Utne is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Ajinomoto Bio-Pharma Services since April 2019, Kristina oversees the HR function and aligns initiatives with the company's vision. Previous roles include senior HR positions at DEI Holdings, Inc., SDG&E, and Caliber Home Loans, where Kristina contributed to strategic HR management, employee relations, and performance enhancement. Kristina's foundational HR experience dates back to roles at ICW Group, AMN Healthcare, BRE Properties, JPI, and ConAm Management Corporation. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from San Diego State University and a PHR certification.
