Alex Ho

Alex Ho has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Starting in 2000 at Samsung Electronics, they worked as an Engineering Supervisor for three years before moving on to Tyco Healthcare as a Quality Assurance Supervisor. In 2006, they joined Shure Incorporated as a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer, later transitioning to the role of NPI Project Manager and then Corporate Quality Engineer Sr. In 2017, they joined Fender Musical Instruments Corporation as an NPI Project Manager, responsible for leading NPI programs and implementing new protocols. Currently, Alex is the Director of NPI and Business Process Improvement at Ajinomoto Foods North America, Inc., where they focus on improving processes and systems, setting standards, and creating documentation for cross-functional activities.

Alex Ho holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Project Management from LSU Shreveport, where they studied from 2022 to 2024. Prior to this, they attended CETYS Universidad from 1996 to 2000 and earned a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering with a focus on Industrial Engineering. In 2005 and 2006, they furthered their education at Beijing Language and Culture University, where they obtained a certificate in Basic Mandarin. Additionally, Alex holds a certification in Master Project Risk Management from StackSkills, which they obtained in February 2021. They also obtained a PMP Project Management Professional certification from PMI Chicagoland Chapter in August 2015 and a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Samsung Electronics Mexico in February 2001. It is unclear when they attended CETYS Universidad for their degree in Industrial Engineering and Systems.
