Ben Aldana

Ben Aldana has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Ben is currently the Vice President of Manufacturing at Ajinomoto Foods North America, Inc. Prior to this, they worked at McCormick & Company, where they held multiple senior director and management positions, including Senior Director of Operations and Integration Lead. Before joining McCormick & Company, they worked at Trillium Health Care Products as an Operations Manager. Ben began their career at Procter & Gamble, where they held various managerial positions, including Department Manager and Maintenance Manager. Ben also worked at Sanden International as a Coop Student Engineer.

Ben Aldana attended Texas A&M University from 1990 to 1995, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
