Steve Jones

Steve Jones is an experienced supply chain professional with a career spanning over three decades in various managerial roles across prominent companies such as Ajinomoto Foods North America, Inc., Leprino Foods, Mondelēz International, Nestlé, and Kraft Foods Group. Currently serving as Supply Chain Manager at Ajinomoto Foods since December 2021, Steve has demonstrated expertise in local scheduling, materials ordering, and shipping and receiving processes. With a strong knowledge base in shipping export products, DOT regulations, and proficiency in SAP and Oracle systems, Steve has achieved significant milestones, including nearly $300 million in productivity increases within four months at Ajinomoto and the design and startup of a finished goods warehouse at Nestlé. An advocate of Lean Manufacturing and a certified GROW Model coach, Steve is recognized for implementing effective inventory management practices and optimizing operational efficiencies throughout the supply chain. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Production/Operations Management from Western Illinois University.
