Matt Riggen

Matt Riggen has extensive experience in IT support and infrastructure management. Currently employed at Ajinomoto North America, Inc. since January 2018, Matt previously held roles including Senior Support Specialist at EaglePicher Technologies, LLC, where support for Windows servers and virtualization was a key responsibility. At AmeriCold Logistics, Matt excelled as a Senior End User Computer Engineer, managing a sizable network of desktops, laptops, and RF devices, as well as leading large-scale infrastructure upgrades. Earlier positions include Technical Analyst and Call Center Associate, contributing to a broad skill set in desktop support and network management. Matt's career began in the US Army, serving as a Gunner, where foundational teamwork and operational skills were developed. Matt earned a BS in Computer Information Systems from Missouri Southern State University.
