Diana G.

Diana G. has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Diana began their career as a Training & Development Coordinator at System Sensor in 1993, where they were responsible for corporate and college recruiting and training tracking. Diana then worked as a Training Manager at Copley Newspapers from 1995 to 2001, where they facilitated training sessions and improved training offerings and attendance. From 2001 to 2006, Diana served as an HR Director/Corporate Advisor OD & Training at ATMI Precast, where they built and managed the HR department and advised in human capital and workplace issues. Diana subsequently worked as a Regional Human Resources Manager at Flint Group from 2007 to 2013, where they designed and facilitated global performance management training and facilitated HR solutions. Most recently, Diana held multiple roles at AJR Filtration, Inc., including Human Resources Manager from 2013 to 2018 and Human Resources Director from 2018 to present. In these positions, they utilized their expertise in human resources to successfully manage the department and provide holistic HR solutions through collaborative partnerships. Additionally, Diana was an Adjunct Faculty member at Waubonsee Community College from 1998 to 2016.

Diana G. completed their MS degree in Education- Training & Development from Capella University in 2001. Prior to that, they earned a BA degree in Spanish Translation & Business from Northern Illinois University, which they completed between 1988 and 1990.
