Leslie Burugu

Leslie Burugu has three years of experience in software engineering. In 2021, they began working as a Software Engineer for Lori. From 2018 to 2021, they worked at Ajua as a Platform Engineer and an Engineering Intern. In their role as Platform Engineer, they maintained the core messaging application that delivered interactive text surveys via SMS to customers from all over the world. Recently, they were one of the lead developers tasked with redesigning it. As an Engineering Intern, they worked on a monitoring application written in Java. From 2017 to 2018, Leslie worked as a Software Developer Intern at HP-Strathmore Research Laboratory, where they worked on an expense manager with a Laravel backend and a Bootstrap 3 frontend.

Leslie Burugu obtained a Bachelor's degree in Bachelor of Business Information Technology from Strathmore University between 2014 and 2017.
