Jonathan Courtney

Jonathan Courtney has a diverse work experience. Jonathan currently holds the position of Global Head of Product Design & UX at AKA since May 2022. Before that, they worked at AKA UK, where they held multiple roles including Head of Product Design & UX from November 2020 to May 2022, Digital Creative Director from January 2014 to October 2020, and Digital Design Director from March 2011 to January 2014. Prior to their time at AKA UK, Jonathan was a Creative Manager at BrandAlley UK from February 2010 to December 2010. Jonathan also worked at News International as a Senior Designer from February 2008 to October 2009, contributing to UX design, user interface design, and national advertising campaigns. Jonathan's career began as a Freelancer, where they worked as a Designer from 2002 to 2006, before joining Oxygen Productions as a Senior Designer from 2006 to 2008.

Jonathan Courtney attended Cabrillo College from 2001 to 2003 but did not complete a degree or specify a field of study. Subsequently, they enrolled in UCSC Silicon Valley Extension from 2003 to 2005, where they earned a degree in Graphic Design & Visual Communication.
