Lucas Gabriel de Lima Vieira Santos is currently an intern in Talent Acquisition at Akaer, where responsibilities include developing and monitoring performance indicators and conducting CV screenings to identify qualified candidates. Previously, Lucas served as an intern at ConfeitaLibras, conducting bibliographic reviews and research on the application of molecular gastronomy techniques in pastry-making, with a focus on chemical analyses of food. Lucas is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Administration and Business at the Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia de São Paulo, expected to complete in December 2026, after earning a Technical degree in Chemistry from the Universidade do Vale do Paraíba in December 2021.
