Michael Ezell

Michael Ezell has extensive law enforcement and security experience spanning several decades. Currently fully retired from the Drug Enforcement Administration, Michael served as a Special Agent and Primary Firearms Instructor from 1990 to 2011, where responsibilities included undercover operations, surveillance, and firearms training. Since 2013, Michael has been employed at Akal Security as a Court Security Officer and has held the title of Chief Security Officer. Previously, Michael operated Eagle Arms Training from 2015 to 2018 as an NRA Certified Firearms Instructor. Michael began a career in law enforcement as a Patrolman at the Hattiesburg Police Department and later served as a Trooper for the Mississippi Highway Safety Patrol. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from The University of Southern Mississippi.
