Alessia Salazar

Alessia Salazar has a diverse work experience that spans across various companies and industries. Alessia began their career in 2018 with Rutgers University Dance Marathon as a Team Representative. From 2019 to 2020, they worked at Rutgers Leadership & Experiential Learning as a First-Year Fellowship Scholar, seeking Success Scholar, and Peer Leadership Mentor. In 2020, Alessia joined Adecco as a Customer Service Representative and later became a Bilingual Customer Service Representative. Alessia then worked at L3Harris Technologies as a Human Resources Business Partner Intern in 2021. In 2022, Alessia had internships at BASF as a Human Resources Coordinator Intern and NBCUniversal as a Talent Development Coordinator. Currently, they work at AKAM as a Human Resources Coordinator, starting in 2023. Alessia's roles have primarily been in human resources and leadership development, showcasing their strong skills in these areas.

Alessia Salazar completed their Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management from Rutgers University–New Brunswick, from the year 2018 to 2022. In addition to their degree, they obtained the Mental Health First Aid certification from Mental Health First Aid USA in October 2019 and the Heartsaver CPR AED certification from the American Heart Association in April 2017.
