Qasim Lezama

Qasim Lezama is an experienced Property Management Executive currently with AKAM since June 2020, serving as a liaison between residents and the Board of Directors for an 807 unit co-op on the Lower East Side of New York. Prior to this, Qasim worked as a Transfer Agent at Douglas Elliman Property Management, where responsibilities included managing the transfer process and conducting credit and background checks. Qasim also has experience as a Property Manager and Transfer Agent at Charles H. Greenthal Management Corp., facilitating multiple closings for a 12-building co-op development. Qasim holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business/Corporate Communications from Baruch College, completed in 2016.
