Susana Galarza

Susana Galarza is a Principal UX Researcher & Designer at Akamai Technologies since February 2021, specializing in custom design validation strategies and enhancing customer experiences through research and collaboration. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Experience Designer at Think Company, where Susana focused on research and strategy for notable clients such as AmerisourceBergen and Comcast. Additionally, Susana has held roles as a Freelance Graphic Designer & Illustrator at Michigan State University, Content Strategist at Action Tank, and Design Strategist and Illustrator at Oakland University, among others, contributing to health campaigns and user-centered design projects. Susana holds an M.S. in Communications Design from Pratt Institute and a B.A. in Advertising from Michigan State University.
