Ghislaine Atikpo

Ghislaine Atikpo is a Digital Transformation Specialist and Writer at AKANEA since October 2022, managing the digital transformation of Akanea DOUANE software documentation and coordinating with various stakeholders. Previously, from November 2019 to September 2022, Ghislaine served as a Data Analyst and Customer Support Specialist at Apple, enhancing the Siri experience and developing Apple strategies through community engagement. Ghislaine has also held roles at Métropole de Lyon, including Project & Communication Officer and EDMS Project Manager, and worked as a Communication Officer at ADVOLIS ORFIS. Ghislaine holds a Master's degree in Information Strategies and Digital Documents and a Bachelor's degree in Information-Communication from Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III).
